Noah's central line site is continuing to look worse. We saw the surgeon today and he admitted Noah to he hospital. The plan is to do surgery tomorrow then watch him for at least overnight. They will be removing this central line and placing a new one. He'll have an incision in his neck and sutures in his jugular. The hope is that this infection will clear up once the line has been removed (our bodies do not like plastic!).
Noah's in room 7415 at Palmetto Children's Hospital. Visitors are fine.
Please pray of course for the surgery to go well and for this infection to clear. Pray also for peace for Noah - somehow we left Teddy the dragon at home and he's pretty stressed about it. Jeff got him a Rainbow Dash stuffed animal at the gift shop before he left and Noah was willing to take a nap with it but I'm afraid of tears when he realizes Teddy won't be going into surgery with him tomorrow.
