Noah's nurse and I spent the afternoon organising medical supplies - he has a full size fridge and lots of drawer units but our previous ways of grouping things in the drawers wasn't working well anymore. Things are much more organized now and I should be all finished tonight or in the morning. Of course just as soon as I got the worst of the mess cleaned up hospice came by with an O2 compressor and 5 O2 tanks that need storage space! Too bad I can't fit them in a drawer!
Between the doctor's office and the cleaning frenzy, Noah got an awesome surprise! Tanya and Pierce from Pierce's Scaly Adventures TV show (www.scalyadventures.com ) came for a visit. They brought him a music CD, a reptile field guide, and a SIX FOOT LONG COBRA SKIN!!! I can't even describe how much this thrilled and excited Noah. He spent the rest of the day flipping through his book making a wish list of future pets LOL. He looked up at one point, book in hand and cobra skin on his lap and said, "This is NOT kid stuff. I feel like a teenager now!"
This only shows a little of the cobra skin! It's sealed with plastic to protect Noah from salmonella.
