Dave Nazaroff (who founded Ride to Give along with his wife Kaete) announced today that he is running for Noah in the NYC Marathon tomorrow. There's been an amazing exchange between Dave and Noah today - you can see it all on the Ride to Give FB page at https://www.facebook.com/ridetogive. (Since this is a public page, I believe you can see it even if you don't have a Facebook account.)
First Dave announced that he is running for Noah, then Noah made a special picture of he and Dave running the marathon together, then Dave posted a video reply to Noah, and just now Noah decided to make a video for Dave. Noah is just absolutely exhausted but insisted on making the video. He is very, very excited that Dave is running for him.
If you're attending the marathon, Dave is in the 1st wave and is number 2796, so be sure to cheer him on!!!!! Here's what Ride to Give said about it:

less than 3:30, thinking of Noah and his challenges every step of the

Noah prayer requests:
~Noah is very, very weary. Please pray that we can get this infection cleared, get him off antibiotics, and get his liver doing better so he can start feeling like his usual chipper self.
~The large wound on Noah's chest is started to ulcerate in areas and there is an increasingly red and angry area around his central line insertion site. Please pray that we can get this healed FAST. We absolutely cannot afford to lose this line.
~Noah is on three new IV drugs, all of which have the potential to cause serious allergic reactions, further liver damage, and/or further kidney damage. In a couple of hours he'll be getting his first dose of the drug most likely to cause a serious reaction. Please pray for protection from this powerful but necessary drugs. (I'll post a prayer reminder on FB when it is time for that antibiotic.)
~We have no nurse tomorrow, so please pray that if Noah is starting to struggle with reactions to these meds, I will be able to accurately assess any problems.
~Pray for safety for Dave as he runs in the NYC Marathon and please pray for the RTG goal to be met.
