Saturday night update:

Noah did receive a transfusion today.  The doctors have ordered labs for tomorrow am to see how high his hemoglobin rose. 

Otherwise, Noah did vomit bile again today.  The neurologist is wondering if this may be associated with Noah's migraines.  They are increasing Noah's dose of Keppra to try to get better control of his migraines.    Kate would like some direction from Noah's doctors as to when she should worry if Noah begins to vomit at home.

Noah is still having pain.  Not much progress on that front.

Noah will be in the hospital until at least Monday.
